*Returning Purchased Items: geekshop.lk generally does not accepts returns for any product for any reason after the purchase. Though sometimes, requests for return will be considered but are not guaranteed to be accepted. Geekshop cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them, or been otherwise programmed, changed, or affected.

    • Most of our products (DIY) – Do it yourself-based product. Most of the time it takes programming, soldering, and electrical connection. We do not offer a warranty for these products. You must place an order considering this condition.
    • If you have doubts about the quality of the product, you are requested to come to our office and see the product and buy it.
    • Complaints about a defective or non-functional product after purchase are not acceptable. And we don’t get any warranty from the external supplier for these products. So you must buy according to this condition.
    • The products purchased are not refundable or exchangeable.
    • A device can be easily damaged if a mistake is made in a very common electrical connection or reverse polarity (reverse power connection). So, you must be very careful when connecting them.
    • The customer has to solve any technical work or any programming problem, software, driver, etc. of a product by himself.
    • If you need any technical service, you must pay for it separately.
    • If you order a product, we will keep it for you for a maximum of 1 day, within which you must confirm the payment.
    • Products Inside of Sri Lanka are delivered via Kubiyo courier service, which may take 1-5 days.
    • The courier may take longer due to their own problem or if you do not receive the phone. Geekshop.lk is not responsible for any type of unwanted delays.
    • For courier delivery, we share your name, address, and phone number with the courier.
    • After ordering on our website, we will send you an email  order information or update. And after the order is completed, We will send two emails and two mobile messages to review the product. Your reviews are important to us and your reviews will help others to buy products in the future.
