RETURN POLICY

  1. Please click here to fill up the Return Claim Form and notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item.
  2. Seven Days Easy Return (In Sellable Condition)
  • The item must be returned to use in the condition as supplied to you so please repack it with care using all the original packaging. 
  • The item must be returned with the original box/packaging.
  • Returned items must be inspected upon received.
  • Walk-in customers can get items replaced/exchanged immediately (if available) or to be refunded as geekshop Store Credit.
  • Online customers’ replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
  • You are responsible for the return package and all associated posting costs unless you received such items damaged.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the package.
  • We do advise that you obtain a tracking number of posting from the courier company in case the parcel (for whatever reason) fails to reach us.
  1.  Refund
  • The shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective. (Please inform us at the same day you recieved the product)
  • Refund for item will in store-credit
  • We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 14 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods.
  • Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser

  2.  Non-Returnable Items

We apologize that there is a small selection of products that we cannot offer a return on. This list includes:

  • Electric Paint, Electric Paint Pen
  • Supercell Batteries, Coin Cell Batteries
  • Thermal Silicone Paste
  1. International buyers must be fully aware of their country’s custom & duty policies.
  • We do not hold any responsibilities for delays cause by customs and local postal service.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, shipping charges, and other misc. charges are not included in the selling price.

Can I cancel my order?

  1. Cancel Order
  • You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order is being processed. 
  • Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. 
  • You can email cs@diygeek.cc with your address and order reference number.
  1. Withdraw After Ship Out.
  • You also can withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched
  • Please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. 
  • You can email cs@autobotic.com.my with your address and order reference number.

11.We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or replacement and to recover the cost of returning or collecting the Goods in the event that the Goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the Goods have not been returned with its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
